The best way to reach me is e-mail. You can e-mail me at henryds@jmu.edu OR use the "inbox" on the left navigation of canvas. This is the best way to ask questions. However, please check over any resources I have sent or that are posted on canvas BEFORE e-mailing.

During the regular semester, you can access me quickly during student hours. If student hours will be changed/cancelled, an announcement will be made via canvas. Schedule an appointment if these times don't work (see home page for current hours).

If you cannot make it to scheduled student hours, you can e-mail to request an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. In the e-mail, please include the following:

1) Your name and that you are one of my first year advisees.

2) Several days and times that work for you that are at least 24 hours from the time you send the e-mail.

3) Specifically what you would like to talk about.

I will respond with a day and time and send you a link to video/voice chat with me. If your answer to #3 is to request information only, I may send that in the e-mail and ask if you still need to meet.
